29th March 2026 9:00am - 3:30pm Acrylics with Kirsty Watkins and Sound Bath Session by Victoria Join Kirsty Watkins for a special full-day painting workshop exploring the beauty of light and reflections on water, combined with a calming sound bath experience led by Victoria. The day will begin with a guided sound bath session designed to help participants slow down, relax and settle into a focused creative mindset. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes, Victoria will create an immersive sound environment that encourages calm, presence and clarity before we begin painting. Sound baths use gentle vibrational tones that help quiet the mind and release tension, allowing participants to feel grounded and open to creativity. Following this session, Kirsty will guide you through the process of painting ocean reflections, focusing on how light moves across the water’s surface and how colour shifts beneath it. Drawing from her own coastal practice, Kirsty will demonstrate techniques for capturing depth, movement and luminous reflections in acrylic paint. Throughout the day, participants will learn how to build layers of colour, soften reflections and create the subtle interplay of light and water that brings ocean scenes to life. This workshop is designed to be both creative and restorative, blending mindful sound therapy with immersive painting practice.
